I was watching rage last night and that video came up after Aphex Twin's Windowlicker by Chris Cunningham. I quickly changed channels, because, you know, nothing beats Cunningham's attempt to visualise that sort of electro-techno [you know, the sort of both Aphex Twin and Autechre]. I guess it's because I don't really like the idea of 'going techno' [ie. making some abstract digital imagery] to visualise the techno.
Seems to me like a slightly [considerably] more involved version of just going to iTunes and saying Turn Visualiser On.
Am I being completely elitist? I like music.
